Trivac B Two-Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump

The TRIVAC B pumps are oil-sealed vacuum pumps operating according to the rotary vane principle. Oil which is injected into the pump chamber is used for sealing, lubrication and cooling purposes.

The pump body is assembled from individual parts without sealing components. The parts are pinned in order to ensure easy disassembly and reassembly of the parts.

The pumps are equipped with single-phase AC or three-phase AC motors.

Oil Sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps are being used in all areas of vacuum engineering. They are equally suited to both industrial production and research applications. They may be used to generate a rough and medium vacuum or as backing pumps in pump combinations with Root pumps or high vacuum pumps. By design, rotary vane pumps run quietly and do not produce much noise.

LEYBOLD turbomolecular pumps produce a clean high or ultrahigh vacuum. They can be easily operated and provide excellent reliability. Pressures down to 10-10 mbar (0.75 X 10-10 Torr) can be reached in combination with adequate dimensioned roughing pumps.

IT 23 Combivac provides wide measurement and display range. It has analog bargraph display running simultaneously with the digital readouts. It is designed for user-friendly adjustment to each application. Full remote control is possible with RS232 interface.

Active Sensor

The TTR 90 lonivac transmitter is a new type of combination transmitter. The combination of a hot cathode ionization sensor after Bayard-Alpert and a Pirani sensor permits vacuum pressure measurements on a non-ignitable gases and gas mixtures in the pressure range from 5 x 10-10 to 1000 mbar.
