2BH1 Series

G_200 Series Gas-Ring Vacuum Pumps And Compressors

Our G_200 (2BH1) blowers have a long history of success. These quiet all-rounders are known for their extremely high suction capacities of up to 2,500 m3/h (1,500 cfm) at pressure differences of up to 780 mbar (313 inches of H2O). Their superior design and precise production engineering ensure a long service life and low operating costs. These extremely dependable, low-maintenance devices are the top choice for a wide range of applications in the mechanical engineering industry - even where conditions are harsh

2BH7 Series

G_400 Series Gas-Ring Vacuum Pumps And Compressors

Our new G_400 (2BH7) family is the product of systematic research and the further development of our G_Series. These revolutionary machines operate at pressure differences of up to 1,000 m3/h (400 inches of H2O) - a level never before achieved by gas ring pumps. This means you can benefit from wear-free operation and low noise emission in applications where the required pressure difference once called for much larger and louder systems, or systems subject to extreme wear.

2BL1/2 Series

S_200 Series Oil-Free Vacuum Pumps

S_200 (2BL1/2) vacuum pumps are compact, ready-to-connect systems. Connect the power supply, fill the water tank, install the suction line - and you're ready to go. These systems do not require a foundation. The S_200 operate without oil, but still keep cool, even under the most demanding operating conditions, thanks to their patented discharge - air cooling. The discharge air leaves the pumps below room temperature and is clean, dust-free and 100 % oil-free. These pumps are also extremely reliable, are not sensitive to condensate from the air being handled and are unaffected by water vapour. The S_200 have no problem handling continous duty at end vacuum (against closed suction gate valve) and in fact stay cool and minimize power consumption under these circumstances.

2BL1 Series

S_300 Series Oil-Free Vacuum Pumps

S_300 (2BL1) vacuum pumps and compressors with a capacity range above 10kW (13 hp) and a suction pressure below 500 mbar abs. (15 inches Hg vac.) are subjected to extreme loads, generally resulting in high operating temperatures and excessive noise levels. Additional cooling systems and sound proofing measures can help, but these also mean additional costs. Now you can keep your investment costs to a minimum with the new S_300, which makes high-cost additions a thing of the past.

2BV2/7 Series

L_200 Series Liquid-Ring Vacuum Pumps And Compressors

As the new L_200 (2BV2/7) liquid-ring pumps from nash_elmo clearly demonstrate, compact technology brings significant savings. Our high-performance, multi-talented machines require less space and up to 50% less operating liquid, while conveying up to eight times the usual volume of liquid. This distinguishes the monoblock design of L_200 devices from conventional unit pumps and makes them especially suited for applications in the plastics industry and medical technology.

2BV5/6 Series

L_300 Series The Monoblock Pumps

The monoblock pumps in the L_300 family (2BV5/6) are characterized by a very high suction capacity of up to 600 m 3/h (360 cfm) and are primarily used in applications involving high volumes of liquid. During the process of suctioning condensable vapors, L_300 machines simultaneously act as condensers, thus doubling their suction capacity.

GL Series

XL Series

L_700 Series Liquid-Ring Vacuum Pumps And Compressors

L_700 was designed around a modular platform using the most advanced computer aided design techniques, such as 3D solid modeling and finite element analysis (FEA). The modular platform offers the advantage of two versions with numerous common parts.

The Vectra GL model, available from 120 to 830 CFM (200 to 1,500 CMH), is ideal for general industrial applications. It comes standard with internal mechanical seals and many nash_elmo patented innovations including gas scavenging.

The Vectra XL model was designed to meet the stringent requirements of many CPI applications. Whether operating as a vacuum pump or compressor, it features a 30 PSI (2 bar) differential capability. It is available in ductile iron or 316L stainless steel with a variety of shaft sealing options. Sizes range from 120 to 3,000 CFM (200 to 5,000 CMH).
